ditto on this but i would do 1.75 baffles and you should have a better ride

so I'll pile on as well.

My wife and i each put slip-on's on our rides before we went whole hog. no ECM recal. needed in either case. they ran absolutely perfect..

I agree with going with the 1.75 baffles. The 2" are starting to get a little loud for me. I re-wrapped the baffles which has helped but they are still a little loud when cruising on the highway. I'm at the stage where I would sooner have the bike a little quieter....gee am i getting old or what!

After talking to a couple of dealers about small things and then reading story's here about dealer issues I have come to the conclusion that the dealerships won't pay for knowledgeable people to work in them and you for the most part...can't believe half of what they tell you.

I suggest you ask around and find a good local Independent wrench and start using him/her for your Scooter's well being.
