Default Need Suggestions!!

Last post I talked about getting took by an indie...But still desperate for help. Put a 3 degree 2 over raked tree on my Rocker and it now handles terrible. I calculated the trail and I'm around 4.5 inches. I can't keep the bike straight especially at low speeds. Wants to go to the left and right and feels like it want to dump over in turns. 75 and over feels pretty descent with no wobble. I'm hoping to get with someone with some experience in this area. What I'm trying to do before I take the F*$cking thing back off (after 30 hr charge!!) is find a way to increase the trail. Or could it be tension on the bearings? Something Anything!! I see a lot of you have raked trees with no problems. 3 degrees is really pretty subtle, I'm scratching my head here. Any suggestions anyone can offer would be much appreciated!
