Nacelle ???
Yea i was aware that they don't make them for specific for deluxe. But i do see guys around here running them on deluxes and heritages. I also seen some on e-bay for road kings and some say softail models. I just thought that maybe might know a little about them. thanx for the info...
The part number from HD is 67907-96C. Link is below.

Fits '86-later FLST, FLSTF and FLSTC models. '07-later FLSTF requires separate purchase of Riser Kit P/N 56789-05. '09 FLSTC requires separate purchase of Riser Kit P/N 46809-09. MSRP US $399.95
They don't list the part number for the touring bikes because they all come with one, but be advised that the touring bike front end is different from the softail FL front end and the nacelles will not interchange. My research indicates the front ends are 1/4" wider on touring bikes.
The riser kit for the Fatboy has lower risers to fit under the riser cover, they are also the 1.25" handlebar version; not sure what the 09 Heritage kit is for but would guess the stock risers are also too tall. Compare the stock bars and risers on each to see what kit you need but I would agree with the Heritage presumption.
The nacelle will fit your Deluxe without question. It is nothing more than a set of housing shells that wrap around your triple trees the same way the existing housing does. The only issues I have seen is with the risers/riser cover fitting together (e.g. having taller risers han the cover) or possibly with your light bar mounting/clearance. However, the nacelle will fit and you can even use your existing 7" headlight; may even be able to use the same trim ring. The mounting holes on the side are the same as the existing housing and it is the same height as the existing housing.
If you didn't want to change risers or use drag bars or something, someone (HD or aftermarket?) makes a piece that fits between the risers, instead of a riser cover, and covers up the hole in the nacelle for the risers.
I think several aftermarket dealers also offer versions of the nacelle for a few bucks less.
