I will keep this Heritage, totalled or not. The frame and motor are fine, so I still have something to build from. I should hear from the guy doing the estimate tonight or tomorrow on what the total bill will be.

I want to thank you guys a ton! And I will be on the look for lots a deals on the Sale Pages after I can start getting up a little better.

I guess I’m confused. If the truck/trailer was going to turn left and got into the left turn lane, all of the tires were across the double yellow line, and you were just going to pass. Why blame the beer you drank? I, as most everyone have had a beer or 3 while riding but no more only because I am riding so I’m not promoting having more than 3 beers during a 2 hour period when you’re on the bike. I understand the ticket is yours and why, but if the truck was at fault why blame the accident on the beer and not the idiot in the truck that came back over into your lane as you past?

Not blaming the beer. Just letting everyone know that for less than $10 in beer is going to cost me thousands in lawyer fees and fines. Without that beer, I would be looking at a $75 ticket to fight.

Holy ****.. I never knew that.. I'm in central IL too.. Sitting here with one of my riding partners and he's in disbelief too about the .04 thing.. You would think they would make that public..

I sure hope things go your way and you heal quickly..
