Just my opinion man. Buy full face helmets. Windsheilds rob from the look of a Night Train. Just my 2 cents everybody has to do their own thing. Good luck.
We have full face helmets. I think what I do to my bike is up to me. I mean, i'm sure everyone that passes us on the interstate going 75-80mph is going to mock and ridicule us for having a windshield on my bike. Give me a break. Sorry if my wife and myself donât feel like getting our heads whipped around for 1,000+ miles.
Of course I donât plan on keeping the windshield on the bike off the interstate ridesâŚâŚ.not that itâs any business of yours.
I have a Heritage Classic with factory hardware and windshield but you could check Memphis Shades. They have a line of interchangeable and removable windscreens.
And besides, who cares what anyone thinks. It's your ride. Do what you want. This is a free country. There are grave yards full of men and women who fought and died for our freedom of choice (and speech).
We have a detachable windshield, Detachable bags, detachable back rest and a comfortable two up Night Train seat for taking long rides. It takes less than 10 minutes to transform the Train into a cruiser. I got all of the pieces really cheep on Ebay.
I think I paid about 100 bucks for the windshield which included all the hardware.
I can't remember the exact model number but I know I checked the HD Web Site to make sure it was going to fit.
I'm glad I didn't spend a lot of money on it because last year we only used the windshield twice. Here's a pic of the bike a few years ago. Good luck!
Settle down Notoriouskeef. Someone needs a beer here. As I stated everyone has to do there own thing. Didn't know you had helmets. Do what trips your trigger. Good Luck
