I think you'll find a lot of other fenders on fat boys look crooked. I've had 2 fat boys that were new and each fender was a little tweeked one way or another...

Dude the truck come-along thing is more than a bit crazy. WTH! Thats like trying to fix it with a sledge hammer. Im just saying.
Its got to be a spacer. I see your update says its not that but it really cant be anything else unless you've bent the fame or frame struts that the fender struts mount to with the professional come along work.
No worries - the come along was not used... lol Now the sledge hammer, that may have worked???
