I've been looking at the same kit for my bike.

Here are the instructions for the Cycle Sounds speaker system and I think they look pretty similar:

i just got the kit by j&m. no bass. just mids and highs but sounds great. i didnt like how the looked on the handle bars so i mounted them to the engine guard. looks much better.

Rode with a guy that had the folowing system. Didnt look bad IMO and it kicked a$$ including bass. The thing I most didnt like is he had a antenna that was on his windshield and I was thinking why muck it up like that..go with a Dakota digital or ones that are mounted on a street glide or something.

I wonder how much of the bass you are going to hear anyways, my pipes are loud.
