I say ride until the 1K mark then go stage 1 and synthetic oils. Should cool her down nice and wake her up a bit.IMHO

I run Amsoil. And do it my self, can't really mess anything up doing an oil change.

Saddlebag inserts. Put them in while the bike is new and you will never have saggy bags.

mmmm shocks if the stock shock present an issue then prob a good idea
the PCV you only need to do if you are changing air intake. Or also any changes to the engine. If you are only changing the exhaust no need. and if you are not changing anything then there really is no need at all.
chrome is over rated
and well riding is what you bought it for:P

I think you should put tassles on the ends of the handlebars and call it good.
