6" 1/8" sitting still, drops about half inch or so with my fat greedy burger eating *** onboard and drops to 4" on the nose under hard braking or hitting a big bump.
Whats yours?
Mine is sitting at 6 9/16" with the bike straight up. That's with the PVC from progressive left at 4.5". What's weird is my dive is only 3", but I put in 12.5 ounces of fork oil in mine.

I may have mistyped that Dale. Mine dives to 4". So it has 2 1/8" dive factor.
4.5 worth of pvc in those forks? You didnt cut off any? That seems like its lots of preload. Mine is trimmed just a bit to get the spacer flush with the top of the fork.
lol... Brah you know I'm kinda just jokin'... I scrap enough crap as mine sits right now... I dropping a Mikuni on this week... and I'm just gonna ride for awhile.
Chaz, Your ride has come a long way in short time... A real eye catcher! Keep it up, M
