It rides fine as can be expected. I got the *** end as low as I can go with a bare bones seat. I'm sure you know what I'm saying. I put a heavier weight oil in the front forks. I've got some twisties around where I ride, I know my limits and don't scrap too often.
Wait until you hit a pothole with that setup. Ouch. I would just slide the tubes down in teh triple tree to see how it feels first, but that is just me.
You would be surprised how good it rides Goodies. If you use the race tech innards it glides and is much more controllable.
