I bought an 07 Heritage in September of 08 for $15,500.00. It had 492 miles on it. Saw it on ebay and called he guy and bought for my wife. She loves it. Had to lower it and had the seat shaved and gel pac added to the inside of seat. Small scratch on front fender light chrome piece. I talked to the guy who owned it and he said he took another job and didn't have tme to ride it. Maybe but I think he dropped it and was afraid of it. Maybe not.
Anyway the Heritage comes with the windsield and bags. I would think you might get the 08 a little lower. Get on ebay or other bike selling forums and you wll get a good idea of what things are selling for. It aint rosie in all HD dealers ships. No telling really what you can buy one for. Good Luck,
