I recently bought my 1st Harley, a 1997 Fatboy with a Revtech exhaust, I had a Harley mechanic go over the entire bike, tune it up and ready to go. The only problem is that is vibrates so badly at speeds over 50mph that my hands and feet fall asleep after an hourof riding. Is there anything I can do to correct this or is it just the problem with not having counter-balanced motor?

Could be but everybody has different expectations of what is smooth after one hour. My '03 Heritage is great in my opinion but after an hour my butt is tired, but I am that way at home in a lazyboy also.

It's an EVO, it is supposed to shake.
Maybe replace the bushings in the handlebars with the stiffer red bushing. Have heard this helps, I like the shake, a TCb is like riding a grinder.
