Hey all, (my first time on the forum).... does anyone know if I can fit heritage deluxe pullback risers to my 06 fatty just to get the bars a little further back for comfort, looks good as well. I notice the part nos for the clutch cable are the same as heritage deluxe but not the throttle and brake cables... don't know about electrical wiring etc....
I believe 06 is the same as my 03. Before replacing my bars I had ron 4.5" pullback risers on my FB stock bars without any alterations. Hope this helps.
I don't know about the Heritage pullback risers, but I know that I put a set of 4" pullback risers on my wife's Fatboy and they worked. You have to be careful, now the handlebars come within a hair of hitting the dash now. But it did work. You just wouldn't want to go more.

any pullback risor that takes a standard hd or custom top clamp will work if u remove your risors and there are studs with the wrong thread of the risor replace the handle bar bushings with earlyer bushings with the standard 1/2' hole ang use the corect bolt either 1/x13 or 1/2x20. those risors pullback risors are about 4.5" high and available higher threw the drag catalog or cci.
Thanks all, this is a big help, I think there should be no problem then.... particularly if you can get away with the slotted risers as I think they are about the same height as the heritage.... thanks for the heads up on the screw thread as well.
if you go with the deluxe risers, you also need the deluxe top clamp. HD, in all their wisdom, changed the bolt pattern ever so slightly on the deluxe clamp so the risers won't work with any clamp other than the deluxe one. (they are nice risers tho)
Good luck. I can't see why you should have any problems with cables or wiring. Should be a quick swap.
Hey Jumbo, I put beach bars on my Deluxe and went to low risers. I have my Deluxe clamp and riser and hardware that I would be willing to give you a good deal on. Let me know. My email is ted.heilman@sbcglobal.net
