Waste of money IMHO. I had em on my Heritage when I 1st bought it. They were on there for one month. They sound better than stock . . . but just barely. Get Cycle Shack slip ons. Same $, better sound. I think you can even get Python slip ons.

A friend of mine put a set of SE on his FBob recently....we thought they had a nice sound.
That is until another FBob with V&H plled-up next to him.

He went to the dealer and ordered new pipes.

 

I'd have to hear them on another Softail before I'd take the chance on them. Buddy of mine has them on his Ultra and they have a healthy but not loud sound. Good thing about it is he doesn't have to worry about getting nailed by the noise police in Podunk USA when they pull out their db meters or look for his EPA stamp.

 

I have the SE street performance slip-ons on my '07 Fat Boy, and I think they sound good. I just wish they were a little louder. After hearing how my dad's bike (2009 Ultra) sounds with 1.75" Rush slip-ons, I'm seriously considering purchasing some of them the next time I have some extra money.
