Head Quarter's site claims 105-115/115-125 for a 103", and you'll still get 45 mpg with a good pipe and tune. They give ranges on hp/tq. This a full build, not just pistons/cylinders.

Here's the link to the 103" Sport Touring build. The site isn't the most user-friendly, but if you dig around long enough, you can find the information that you're looking for. I have a set of their 113" pistons sitting on the shelf waiting to go into my '07 FXST. Should start the tear-down process next week.

Think the 103" stage II kit (want the cams dont care bought the slip-ons) and a tuner will do the Job!!
I added the PCIII to my stock 01 fuel injected TC88 Deuce, and it brought my numbers from 81hp 84 torque, to 86hp 91torque. It was very noticeable

I just did the 95" work to mine, and it really made some good numbers. SE High Comp pistons, port polish heads, 640 valve springs, TW55 cams, 102hp, 104 torque.
It all depends on what u wanna spend

I've already got a 103" that makes 107/107. Already have heads, cams, throttle body, exhaust, etc. I'm hoping to be in the 117/117 range with the 113". I'd be thrilled if I could get it to 120/120. But, my ultimate goal is to have a bike that runs really well, and is not finicky. If it runs well, I'm happy.

If you want to do it in stages, do cams first. You can come back later and add headwork (if you pick the right cam in the beginning). Example- Add a Wood TW6-6 now, and a 4* advance key (to move the power to the lower rpm range, since you'd be running it with stock heads). Next year, if you decide, you add head work- Nice port work, good intake/exhaust valves, bump compression up to about 10:1, maybe even bore your stock jugs to accept a 103" piston. Done deal- you have a nice 103" that will make in the neighborhood of 100/105 (with a good 2-1 pipe, and tune).

Call Dave at JD's Cycleworks. He's a couple of hours northeast of you and will do you right.
