How hard is it to pull the stock baffles from the big radius?
One is easy and one is tricky. Take the lower heat shields off. Unscrew the allen head bolts holding stock baffles in and remove the screw. I cant remember which one, but one will come right out. I found the best way to get the other one is to take the screw you removed from the outside and put it back in from the inside of the pipe, just enough to hold. Wrap the end of wire hanger around the screw once it is inside the pipe. Wrap the other end of the hanger around something you can pull with. Then pull the other baffle out. Not too bad just a little tricky.
I ordered a set for my big radius where did the ones with big radius drill the hole for the top pipe? The bottom one wont be a problem I don't think! Should have them tomorrow.

Drill them anywhere from 30-45 degrees from the top center of the pipe towards the outside of the pipe. They will not interfere with the heat shields. Make sure you keep the same location on each pipe. Also make sure you don't drill where a clamp wraps around the pipe. You will love them.
