Or maybe you went with their quiet baffles?

Wow what timing,
I have been considering these for my Vance and Hines Outlaw pipe. I have a D&D Fatcat in the garage. I noticed when I put the outlaw on I lost some low end. I slammed my bike so the fatkitty had to go (for now) I thought to get some torque back I might try the BCT baffles. Does anyone no what part I need? My bike is parked at the mechanics right now or I would measure the ID for the baffle...

I took the V&H baffles out no problem, but the BCT is an extremely TIGHT FIT, so tight in fact, that I barely got them in half way and almost did not get them out. I had to spray the heck out of them with WD-40 and let them sit a while, and it still took two of us to get it out.

I am going to measure them to see what the size is.

Have any of you had these issues with this set up???
If these are the correct size, I will never get them in 6", and if I did, it would never need a screw to hold it in, as it would never come out!!!!

Thanks
When I went to install the new V&H baffles in my Big Radius they were very loose I used a telescopic magnet to move the baffles around sounds like you may have the wrong baffles !

This was one of my mods of the day awhile back. Here is the article.
https://www.hdforums.com/forum/softa...-pictures.html

I took out the Monster Baffles and went back to the stock V&H Baffles. After about a week of driving my bike my ears started ringing all the time, these baffles were so loud.
