Finally got most of the parts in to start my new project. It starts with the Shade Tree Crossbones Conversion fender and Kyle's pan seat. Next, throw in a Road6Customs(ebay) side mount license plate w/ Model A taillight.
My goal is to create a bobber like DUBLESS's black bike since he no longer has that setup.

I bought the Crossbones mounting kit with out the seat on Chicago Hd for $100, so I am using different pieces from it. I dont like the way the stock XB seat sits so high so Kyle said to ditch the rear posts and it would lower the seat to the position I wanted.
Still haven't figured out how to cover the battery and fuse area, so any thoughts would be appreciated.

Talk to Shaun at sokustom.com he knows how to cover that battery
I ordered the fender and seat pan 3 weeks ago, and was told he was reworking the upper mount. So Thursday I finally get it in and there is no fender, I figured he must have just shipped it seperate and it just got seperated from the box, but it didn't come in yesterday. I guess I will have to email him again to find out what happened.
My biggest hurdle is going to be finding a place for my ECU and PC III.
Everyone that I have seen using socustoms.com covers seem to be used withe the stock rear posts, I am not going to be using them so I wonder if he can make a low profile one.
My plans are to drill to holes in the flat part of the frame and use 2 threaded studs to secure the springs at the back.
