Default Can a 6'5" dude fit on a Deuce?

I'm in the market for a HD. I currently own a Suzuki Volusia and looking to switch to the "real bike" side. However, being 6'5" tall I need to be able to stretch the legs out and hoping the Deuce will allow me to get a comfortable stretch. Others have recommended the Wide Glide but I prefer the style of the Softail Duece. Any long legged creatures out there ridng a Deuce that can share their thoughts?

If you really have your eyes set on a Duece, then get the Duece, you will have to get some forward control extensions (i did and im only 5'10), maybe a different seat and play with the bar set-up. In reality you would be more comfortable on a stock Wide Glide, but when you know what you want, its hard to buy something else. Goodluck. [sm=icon_ladiesman.gif]

I'm 6'3" with the 3" foward control extensions kit you should be fine. i have the kit and it made a huge difference in the comfort. you might find a 4" ext kit as well.

hope that helps

i'm 6.1 and have the 3 inch extensions on mine. another thing is, how long are your legs?? i have long legs for a 6.1 guy. if your tall above the waiste, maybe you'll just need simple stuff....bars.....if your height is in the legs, you may want a longer bike or at least some very extended controls......

6' 4" here - extended forward controls and I love the bike. I have the 3" Arlen Ness extension and am very comfortable... you can also get the Agoura custom seat if you desire additional stretch - it supposedly moves you back 3 inches.

Loose the seat it comes with and get something that will set you down and back. Then extend your forward controls. You want to sit in the bike not on top of it. Just my two cents!
