Very cool, makes it look a little too easy. So Im guessing that is for running new wires where you dont need to extend them. What about where you will need to extend them for more length? is soldering in my future?

Can I use these bushings and keep my stock chrome caps??? Tryin to fly under the money radar. Ten bucks for some polys isnt bad at all if I can re-use my caps. Whatcha think??

Yeah thats a deal... most times they come with chrome cap washers... of not you can use the old ones. About extending the wires harley sells a extention kit... I just seen it at the dealer this past weekend all plugs and play or like me I just ordered from hill country color codoed wires cut solder and heat shrink. Take your time and do it right the first time!

found HCC extension kits. Sucks that they go from 16-57 bucks from 06 to 07. Guessing the EFI is the reason for that. This looks all plug n play. I guess the pins being there is part of the reason for the price too. How hard would it be to get the wire, and put the pins on yourself?? I have unlimited wire, shink etc at my finger tips.

Are you sure you even need to lengthen your wires? You said overall height will be about the same as you are currently running.

Wiring the bars are easy just don't rush... lol take you time... The wire extetion kits are good because the wires are color coded "Less chance of mistakes" and easy to figure out a problem later! Sure if you leave the wires out side it would reach but if you go internal, you'll more then likely need to extend them?
