This should be probably in the gun, sub forum but it is my solution for a problem I really didn't have. It was a fun project and small enough that it is discrete even in plain view. I think I have decided to try a heavy weight wet molded leather case in two pieces. One end of the case will attach to the back foot peg and the other somewhere around the seat level. This mount should put it just to the back & side of me when seated. I knew about the WLA mount and would have gone that way if mine was a springer.
