Well, I had one of those stupid moments today.... one of my connectors (that I not carefully stuffed down behind the fuse box) got smashed by the swingarm. Gotta call Dynojet tomorrow to see about getting my programmer repaired, and order a deep ECM tray. Others have mentioned that their PCIII's came with the ECM tray. Not sure why I didn't get one. Probably because I tried to save a few bucks buying on Ebay, instead of sticking with a reputable dealer like one of the site sponsors here. Lesson learned.

Anyway, thought I'd share my stupidity with y'all. :P

 

they dont come with the tray, you buy it at HD........

 

Mine came with a deep tray in the box!!

dang mine didnt come in a box it came in a plastic thingy......lol...........you can buy it at hd thou..........mine came with the heartland kit........but mounted mine here

 

not much room in there on the softy's... sorry bout the mash,.. hope its a low $$ fix and didn't fry the unit...

 

Got one on ebay with the tray.

 

mine came with a tray but no room for the tray on a Fatboy had to wire tie it to fender

 

got one here to,called dynojet,they said 45.00 to replace plug(that was about a year ago,never got around to sending it in yet

should not have been close to the swing arm as there is a hole already where the alarm cable went thru. the try came with the older bikes. now is a great time to get a thundermax with auto tune and replace the stock ecm. check the used parts forum and save about 40%
