LePera Bare Bones on a '09 Deluxe:
Crappy cell-phone photo, but I think you can see the two thumb-screws just behind the seat. They screw onto bolts that stick up out of the fender, which are attached to a bracket underneath the fender. Front of the seat has a tongue that slides into a groove.

I put the stock seat (modified by Mean City Cycles) on for all-day rides.
