Will that pass inspection? If yes, then this is my next project. Still have my carb to rejet and my oil chnage to make. It's cold in the garage, right now, tho...
Thanks Story, might be the way to go to get a clean look. I find the marker lights very anoying on the handlebars anyway. Just not used to it, always kept mine on my former bikes on the fork, but this looks better, IMO.
Frenchy... What do you ride your profile doesn't show? Mounting the sigs down low is cool the only thing is you are use the crash bar brackets... For me and Twist i don't think we would ever think about putting a crash bar, but if I had a fatboy I would think differently.
But the you could always mount them to the crash bar?
I ride a 01 standart. No crash bars here, Story. IMO, FXST, STC and nighttrain should be kept as clean (and simple, because simple works for me) as possible. I'm not that much into the fancy chrome/willie G. stuff anyway. The only thing fancy on my bike is the Willie cover for my big sucker, coz HD doesn't make a plain one, and I wanted to get rid of the football. Chrome wont bring you home, and crashbars are just "over the top" and look a lill weird in combination with the 21'' front wheel.
Thanks for the props guys, I really like em down there.
Story, Im soooooo close with the bars. My brake line didnt come in fri, so itll be tomorrow or tues before I can get her out of the garage.
Ill take some pics of them at night to show you what they look like.
Thanks Rocky - shes comin along pretty well. I had these things just drooped up under my neck and had to find something to do with them - they looked cool on Story's ride, so I threw em under there.
