well i just dropped off the ugly bracket that holds the handgranade ignition at the chromer.100 bucks didnt think that was too bad.but now its off the bike changing that fuel line would be nice. the harley catalog has one but its for 04-05 dyna #63709-04. anyone know if someone makes one for the rocker?
Hi,
Not sure about the Rocker, but I did use the Dyna one on my Fatboy and it works perfectly. They didn't have a number for mine either. I measured both and found it would work fine.
As far as I know, there are no braided fuel lines for EFI bikes.
There is a braided line to replace the crossover line under the front of the tank.
But no replacement for the pressurized line that goes from the fuel pump outlet under the left rear of the tank over to the injectors.
There are a few guys trying to use braiding or mesh to cover the existing line.
So try doing a search and you might be able to find some of the ideas they have come up with.
BTW If you do manage to find a direct replacement for the stock pressure line be sure to let us all know. Because your not the only one who's been looking for a line like that.
I did use the Dyna Fuel line Part number 63709-04 on my Fatboy. My bike is EFI. It is the pressurized line, not the crossover on the front of the tank. It comes complete with the snap fittings on both side. Simple remove and replace. Works great!!
