Went to an indy and he showed me the wrench but didnt loan it... then he suggested heat, hahaha like wtf is he thinking... Ok got three off just need the right side as you sit on it... I will see what happens..
First lift the bike up for space. Then just use a wrench and hit it with a rubber mallet...and be very patient because that right side is a tight fit to remove. I would say that right side is one of the BIGGEST P.I.T.A's on a bike. Most of everything is a beeze.

If you're doing this on a Rocker embrace yourself, lol, it's annoying breaking that right bolt loose, I mean annoying I never cursed so much in my life, lol.
Ok actually was able to break it loose from the back between the arm and tire... i Installed the shotgun air shocks and took it for a ride then realized I had no tail lights (fender is gone) but felt the difference immediately. It rides like a soft tail should not a rigid like mine did...
I'm resurrecting this thread just to mention that i'm completely stuck getting the first of the rear rear-shock bolts off.. can't get a socket in there for anything.. and literally, using a cheater bar, caused my nose to start gushing blood from putting so much effort in to loosening the thing..and it's still on there tight as when it came off the showroom floor.
Just a stupid question.. but it is a normal threaded bolt, right? Righty-tighty, lefty-loosey? it's not one of those damn communist bolts that's threaded backwards, is it?
