07 FXSTC starter removal
Just wanted to say to those out there that i just removed my starter from the rear.
Removing the rear tire and tire mud guard as well as loosening the oil tank, worked really well for removing the starter and replacing it.
Just make sure you have a 1/4 inch allen tip 3/8 drive socket for removing and installing the starter bolts. The newer bikes have all in one unit no seperate jack shaft.
