I run those same mirrors on my Vmax, they look tuff but - they have turned a nice shade of green? Like you would see on copper or brass. Kind of shocked a the chrome quality or lack of quality. I do live a the beach and the salt air is tuff on the bikes but they went south in less than a year. I went for the black mini ovals for the Fatboy. You got the bike lookin sharp. People always aks if I can see out of the Rads. Wonder if you will get the same question?
Looks good. You said "3" extended forward control". Does it ride better and what is you heigth. You can tell me in cm or whatever. I spent 10 yrs in Europe. I have been thinking about extended also but not shure how mush. I am 6'3" (190cm). Any help with this would be grateful.

Thanks for the compliments. Went out this weekend and I'm getting my head around the mirrors. I will expect lots of comments about their size!

We are the same height. With the Danny Gray seat and the extensions the riding position is perfect. IMO 3" extensions on the forward controls are the way to go. Hope this helps.
