yes, fits fine. limiting factor is your saddlebag guards if you have them. this seat doesnt fit with all saddlebag guards, but will fit with some. actually its the grab rail that is the problem. not the seat

Just be careful with the pad.......It pushed me too far forward and was very uncomfortable.....Took it off after 50 miles....
The seat will go right on....Should not be an issue with HD bag guards for the FLSTSC. Maybe the Jardin ones were an issue
