Rocker Re-Call??
Greetings... I'm the new guy on the block. Glad to be here and I have a question. Has anyone heard of a recall on the Rocker for swingarm problems? I read and heard that there was aproblems with some swingarms that caused the belt to rub and wear. Thanks for any response.

I just had my bike in the dealership two weeks ago for my 10K service and my service guy told me (one of his check list things to do it appeared) that there are currently NO re-calls on the 08 Rocker.
Where did you hear/read that there was one?

I'm bettin he read a thread posted by a guy from northern il that had an alignment problem and for some reason his tire was rubbing the belt.. Got HD to replace the swingarm a couple times and some other stuff but the problem continued.. He then posted up that HD should have a recall on all rockers.. I don't have a problem with mine so I'm not worried..

I just had to get paperwork done on my 08 Rocker that I imported into Canada and I can guarantee as of a week ago there are no recalls on the 08 Harley Rockers. You have to get proper documentation from Harley declaring no recalls before you can have the federal safety done. If there were any problems with the swingarm that would warrant a recall, the 08s were the first year and would definitely be on the list.
