awesome looking deluxe. I hate making accounts and stuff and finally broke down and made one cause im having a hell of a time finding a 21 60 spoke for the front of my 01 heritage. What brand is your wheel?? Looks great. Ive also got a wicked customs fairing on mine with the 4 speakers and single den radio and a little pocket underneath. Im trying like hell to find 14s thatll fit on it right.
i got a 21 inch rim 60 spoke from dna motek was the vendor..
everything fit perfect.. only thing i had to do was put some high temp sealant around the bearing rubber seal
it fit really snug i just wanted to make sure it stayed and so far it has over 600 miles so far and going great..
i have a 98 fatty.. not a bagger just wanted to help ya out with a rim and all
This is mine as it sits right now. I thought I would be done once I got the bags on, but now I am considering some other changes, including a batwing fairing. I am considering buying a second set of brackets, and modifying them to take an inch or so out of the gap. Also, I finally found a bracket to re-mount the Fatboy turn signals, but not happy with the location, so I will be looking for a Heritage rear fender, and widening it to fit the 200mm tire, and mounting the turnsignals and plate beneath the tail light. Will probably use the mount I have now, and just shim it to the correct angle, until I have a chance to fabricate a new one.
