You need Harley part number 73152-96BK and (wire contact) part number 73191-96. Bought each of those for $1.02 at Harley dealer.
The plug end and connectors are for the Fender Tip lamp. The plug under the tank is meant for the Fender Tip lamp
There is an add on harness that splits that into two. I have one side running to my Auxiliary lamps to be able to have them on all of the time and the other side, I bought the mentioned plug and ends to connect my GPS to power from HD. It is a switched power and you do not have to remove the tank to get to it.

what are you using in your picture to prop the bike upright , the bike looks so good that way. got a block of wood under the kickstand?
