Wife rode hesterday and could reach the pegs without obstruction. It could definitely be mounted further back using one of the holes on the rear strut if your turn signals are relocated to the fender. I have it mounted using the middle and forward "dropped down" holes.

Default popping out the exhaust

With Vance and Hines slip ons, anyone have a slight popping out the exhaust?

Welcome to the cool kids club Adam. I'm not running slip ons but yeh, it happens. If you could be a little more specific with your set up and operating conditions peeps on here could probably help a little more. Tuner, no tuner? High flow air cleaner? Pipes tightened down at the heads ok? Popping on decel or when? At any rate, yes, you can usually expect a little decel pop now and then and it's no big deal if ya don't have a perfect tune, which most of us don't.

Thanx for that info, no tuner, stock air cleaner, was able to get at one exhaust nut, loose! Will tighten other three and see what happens, thanx again.

If you end up getting an FP3 tuner it has an adjustment for decel pop.

To get to the nuts easier get a u-joint or "wobble" socket. Really hard to get a regular socket on them.

Installed a Mustang solo seat on mine, waaay better than the stock seat. I'm also getting some decel pop on mine and I tuned it with the FP3. I will doublecheck the head bolts.

Default Bullet handlebar speakers and Small boat amp

I have a 93 fatboy. I've recently added a hardbag conversion kit and a batwing fairing so all my stuff is in the fairing and bags. Before I did that though I had some chrome bullet speakers and a small marine amp. Both found on Amazon. Pyle was the brand. The amp is small and the speakers mount right to your bars. Amp has a jack that you can plug your phone or iPod in to. No Bluetooth and not a lot of low end bass but a good alternative for a small price.
