That Corbin.. does it use the 2 stock seat bolts? or did you have to pull out that plug on the fender and use the single bolt?

It does however you mount a bracket using those holes. You also add a another bracket up front.

Question on the 103.
I ordered the V&H 2 into 2 and Screaming Eagle Heavy Breather. Do I need a tuner or anything else? I am not having any motor work done so I was thinking all I would need is a download. Thoughts?
Thanks.

Yea, if that's all you want to do. The Dealer download is good enough.

You might get by with just that dealer download, but the word is that the download doesn't really do much except raise the rev limiter. I'm sure someone around here knows more than I do though. I have always understood that if you change the airflow in (air cleaner) and/or the flow out (anything more than slip ons) then you probably want to account for retuning your ECM. I fought this battle for a long time when I was doing upgrades just like you, but ended up going with the SE pro racing tuner. Plenty of people on here use power commander V or power vision and seem to be very happy with it.

I think you might run some risk in leaning your engine WAY out (wouldn't want to burn up that beautiful 103) if you don't do a more serious retune, and I am guessing your mechanic would agree. Remember, A/C and exhaust aren't just pretty, they are major performance upgrades. It's pricey but worth doing right.

First off welcome to the forum. Many say the dealer download will work but due to EPA compliance your bike will still run hot and lean even after the download. I would recommend some sort of tuner. The choice is yours depending on what kind of money you want to spend. If your not going to do any other engine work in the future a PCV will work fine. If you plan on cam's 103 or 107 kit, or head work I would look into a better tuner.

Misbehaven,
Thanks for the advice. I will have some motor work done down the road so I am going to invest in a Tuner. Thanks again.
