Im being told my bike has a EVO primary cover can this be??? It has a o-ring gasket for the derby cover thanks.....and it has 3 bolts holding derby cover
Only difference in the post-99 Primary covers IS the 5-hole derby cover. Inner primary was the same from 1995-2006. If it's not an after market, could've came from the MOCO that way.....stranger things have happened.

The Darby cover on 07 and up Twin Cam's has and O-Ring and is slightly higher on the outer primary.
They also eliminated the primary chain adjustment inspection cover on them because of the new auto adjuster system.
I have a 2005 Standard with an Evo Primary cover as well. My derby cover has 3 holes instead of 5 holes like the twin cam motors have. I say yes, these cover do fit on twin cam motors.
Softail inner primary is the same from 1994-2006, stands to reason that an outer from those years will interchange. The only difference is the derby cover.
Your bike has a Twin Cam engine.
Your bike has a three hole derby cover.
Thus...a three hole Evo style primary cover WILL fit a Twin Cam.
