Default Drag bars

I have a softail standard, an 07. I want to switch to drag bars. I like the looks of the ones with built in risers. Here is my question. How do I figure out how Hi a riser, and how much pull back? I'm hoping to keep the cost down by reusing most of the cables. Not sure if that will be possible. seems like alot of variables.

I went with the Night train kit, I don't care for the one piece bars. Every one has them. I rode home from the dealer with those goofy bars and started wrenching (the new ones were already in the garage) You can reuse all cables if you want. The NT kit came with all new, but I didn't get to them right away, I still have to change my clutch cable but haven't got to it.
