Stupid, question, but I'm having a hard time finding them. Prolly not looking in the right place. Can you get risers for the stock drag bars on a Night Train? It's pretty comfortable as it is, but if the bars were a tad higher and maybe back just a bit, it would fit perfect.
I don't think those risers are gonna work with the bars that are on it. I looked up what the bars are called that the bike came with and they're the one piece street slammer bars. My buddy has the same style bars but his are about an inch or and inch and a half taller and they're a lot more comfortable.
This is what I have currently:
On mine, the vertical section of the bars is about 7 1/2 inches high and his are 9. I'm thinking I would need to get new bars but I can only find them with the same height. Is it possible they're not Harley bars?
Crawly,
Sorry if I am misunderstanding...do you currently have the street slammers, shown in the pic on your NT? If so are you not happy with the comfort on them? I was considering going to them from the stock NT set up.
I read one of your other posts and I think I confused myself as well as you. My train has the stock drag style bars.
There are the bars that are on it now: (horrible shot but its the best i have at 4 in the morning lol)
I'm not sure if the Harley Street Slammer bars would be a different design or if they would be similar.
Here's the bars I'm looking into getting:
Crawly, you do not have stock drag bars on your bike. They look like street slammers to me (Harley Accessory). The stock Night Trains have a drag bars BOLTED to the risers with a one piece handlebar clamp.
Unless I'm confused also, lol. Neither of the bikes in your pics have stock NT bars...
