I'm getting the same tourpak that you have, the solo--do you know the part number for the docking hardware that you have? I also plan to use it only for distance rides.
Softail2005, yeah it does look like a full dresser, convenient when you need it for the storage. Just wait 'till next year when I add a fairing! There are companies that make them for the softail. Also just for distance or chilly weather.
It looks very nice the way you have it set up and looks like it will haul a lot of goodies. The bags look nice, I like them a lot, are they "leatherworks"?
Here are the Leatherworks 120 bags I just got for my Deluxe. I had the HD bags but they were almost useless as they are too small. These bags have the matching braid and weave specifically for the Deluxe. Very nice bags. Very well constructed. Still in garage as I have to install this weekend.

Sorry I missed that question...yes they are leatherworks 110s.....you have to have low pipes to use them. I have them on easy brackets and having a bit of trouble with the left side hitting the axle nut. Hubby is working on it (bag bottom curls in a bit so he's devising a bracket).
