Default 2000 deuce fluid capacities

I just purchased a 2000 Deuce without an owners manual. Can anyone tell me the proper amount of fluid for the engine, primary and tranny. Appreciate the help. Also, proper air pressure for tires with and without passenger.

Default Deuce Fluids

26 oz for primary or until you can see it at the bottom of the clutch plates. (I change the primary oil every 10.000 miles
.
2.5 qts. for the engine including filter. recheck after filling, ride it and recheck again (bike upright). (I change it every 5000 miles including filter)

Tranny - 20-24 oz with bike upright - recheck after filling

I use Mobil 1 20W50 in engine and primary
Royal Purple 75-90 in the Tranny. (I only change tranny fluid about every 15,000 miles).

I use my Sears yellow jack to keep the bike level and off the floor while doing all fluid changes.

2004 Deuce - 35,450 enjoyable miles.

Default Thanks

Thanks for the quick response on fluids. I've owned other Harleys-just sold my Heritage, but wanted to confirm. A quick note...oil should be 3.5, not 2.5, right?

Default Fluids

I am sticking with 2.5 qts. The first time I put 3 qts in the engine I ended up buying one of those large baster tubes with the suction bulb on the end to draw off the excess oil. It might take a little more than 2.5 but not much more. Put 2.5 qts in, new oil filter, run the engine, check oil and add if necessary. After a couple of changes, you will know how much it requires. If you over fill it, when the oil gets hot it will push up the oil filler cap and you will have oil seeping out and all over the rear of your bike. Don't ask me how I know.

Default 2000 Deuce tire pressure?

I'm about to order a manual for the bike, but in the interim, can anyone tell me the proper pressure for solo and passenger riding-front and back? Thanks.
