Default Custom Plate mount for my Deluxe

I was hanging with some friends and one of them said that I should find a way to get my plate off of the fender. I had the "Haulin ***" lay back mount that looked decent, I pondered the idea and came up with this.

Know I know the Cabbage Cutter is not for everyone, but I figured I would use it to my advantage

I used part of the original Billboard bracket to mount the plate, and bolted it to the mount for the lower part of the Cabbage Cutter.

I think it cleaned up the look of my fender up nicely.

What do you all think?

Next up is a new smooth top Tombstone light housing.

If anyone is interested in the "Haulin ***" one I will take $30.00 to your door for it, or trade for a smooth Top slim, not wide (wide will not fit with my turn signal bracket) Tombstone light housing...PM me.

That looks pretty good. Be careful backing up to curbs, though.

+1 on the curbs...but it looks good! I need to relo mine as well. Not sure what to do, but want to mount it on the swingarm bag or just behind the bag somehow.

Not lit yet...LOL I am looking for a decent plate mount that has a light on it, that I can wire in.

I usually get up real early, and go to bed (fall asleep on the couch) before sunset anyways, so not a lot of night riding for me right now

But seriously, I am going to get it lit up soon, once I decide on which plate mount I want.

An option is to use an LED plate frame.

You could also use the LED license plate bolts by Custom Dynamics....

Decided to go with the Tag Boltz Red/White. I will use the red as extra braking light.

I figure you can never have to much brake light letting the cagers know what you that you are coming to a stop!!

Thanks all

I got the Tag Boltz, and installed them. They work!!!! LOL

Now I am legal, and have a little extra brake light. I was hoping the Tag Boltz would be a bit brighter, but they do what they need to I guess.
