Iv got the manual, and its pretty vauge as to how the wiring harness is to be layed out. Im unsure of the bundle of 3 red wires with the lack connector. And how I run the wires up the front of the tank under the dash.
I just cant seem to get the dash to lay down on the tank. And the tank seems to be snug to press down.
Tonight, when I have MORE light, I will try some diffrent routing.
come to think of it did you put a tank lift on?
i did and could not understand for the life of me
how 1 would get the harness in w/out doin a tank lift!!!
Under the dash is only one bundle for the idiot lights and speedo (if my memory is correct), it was held down with one cheesy plastic clip, which I accidentally broke off.
Thanks PLHBrian, that is eventualy what I did. And just take note, that the bundle of red wires, actualy loop up there, and then BACK to where they came from.... Why?? I dont there there is a good answer for that... Its just plain stupid.
