I get anywhere between 40 to 53 mpg. So I go 160 miles and start looking for gas. I have a 5 gallon tank, so that the safe way for me to do it. I can go 200 miles, but just don't take a chance.
How reliable is the low fuel light? I have heard the gages are not, so I know to watch miles instead of the gage but I have gotten as low as 36 mpg and as high as 45 mpg. Thats quite a variance (45 miles) to the tank. Also, I have the flush gage with LED, is that any more reliable than the stock gage?
