Default ok, how about a few bar questions.

thanks for all the advice regarding forward controls on my Fatboy Lo, I think I will start with harley goodies(ordered) and cruise arms. Now I have some bar questions.

Two of the reasons that I chose the 'Lo over the basic Fatboy were the narrow seat and narrow bars, - the 30" width and straight grips really work for me

If I sit, feet forward, butt tucked, eyes closed in the most comfortable position, it looks like my grips should be about 2 inches closer to me. I know that I can go risers or bars, if i go with new risers, adding 2inches of pullback to the stock riser height (2 in) should work (any suggestions).
If I go the bar route, I love the look of Cleansweeps,(plus at 31.5", they are narrow) but Im not sure how to translate stock 'lo bar specs to new bar specs so that I get the additional pullback but keep most of the grip position. I also have the option of going to 1.5" dia bars for a beefier look ( will I need bushing kit?)

Any advice is welcome.

Clean sweeps. they are so nice and comfy. A buddies wife has these on her ride and they are great. IMO the more pullbck you have, the better. My goal is to be able sit like I am sitting on the couch with the remote in my ahnd. The clean sweeps will do this for you. Double the amount of pullback you think you need and your comfort will increase two fold. Let me know fi you need discounted pricing on anything for your bike. I can get pretty much everything at a discount for forum members.

I also have a sued set of Kuryakyn Mark III cruise arms for sale for $75 if you are interested. Seeing as you have e a Lo, get them powder coated black and you are good to go. The harley goodies and Mark III combo was something i kind of pioneered on this site. A great combo for sure. I am only selling mine as I put on a crash bar when i added a foot clutch and tank shift and they would no longer fit.

Drew,
thanks...which cleansweep? the stock bars supposedly have around 7 inches of pullback, according to the carlini website i should go 9" rise/9"pullback? Or am I mixing apples/oranges.

about the mkiii's, I was under the impression that mkiii's wont fit on the "halfmoon" style 2010 floorboards that I have on my 'Lo, if they will fit, Ill take 'em, but Im not sure they do.

Personally, I'd get the 9" rise.
