Need Apes for my NightTrain how to size?
Take a broomstick handle and hold it out in front of you while sitting on the bike. When you are at a comfortable height with your hands... have someone measure from the risers to the stick... bingo.
Id guess 14-16 inchers for you.
Good luck

yup.
If you want to get a little more tricky you can find the angle you want the bars at (gangster, pulled back, etc), measure the height and based on what your looking for, you can start to guesstimate pullback and stuff.
You might be surprised at what you really find. I'm 6' and was looking for 14"-16", but after riding with them, I love the Street Bob bars I have on. Maybe 10" rise? kicked forward some.
Good luck and lots of good info in here for your swap.

Do you want them even with your shoulders or is a little higher okay? If yow ant them even with your shoulders do 12". If you don't mind if they are a little higher get 14" or maybe even 16". I am 5'9" and run 16"'s, but it really is difficult to say what will be comfortable for you as everyone is different. As far as pullback is concerned, there are many options. I avhe a chart here with all the different pullback on different brands and such so ask away.

I don't know where you are from but in Florida if they are higher than your shoulders they can give you a ticket. Might wanna check your state statutes. Just to be clear I'm not saying they would, just they could.
