All right guys, need some input. I have 2 blown discs in my back, L5/L6. The 1925 seat that is on my Xbones kills my back, the stocker isn't much better as neither has back support. I must cross into the uncool and get a super comfy touring seat with back support, or park the bike, which I refuse to do. What is the most comfortable seat/backrest combo?
I shattered L3 14 yrs ago and all I'll say is the stock Heritage seat work great for me.. most Ive ridden in a day is 6 hrs, but do 2-4 daily all the time,, and its still on the bike after 26K +..

The stock heritage seat is one of the best seats I have ridden on also... but damn I wish HD made a back rest for it also. If this ever happens to me I am gonna have a hard time parting with my Heritage seat.

Take a look at this after market backrest on ebay that works with the stock seat. I bought one for my 07 Heritage and it worked and looked great. The best thing about it is that after the initial install (5 minutes) you can slip in on or off in about 2 seconds.

Do you think you could shoot a couple of pics of it on Ice? side, front and back view? I like the shape of that one and I am assuming you can use it in solo mode? If you could shoot the pics in solo that would be fantastic.
