Need an example? Take your blow dryer (we all know you have one), point at face, turn on high fan, high heat. Enjoy the beautiful Phoenix summer.
Nothing like hot asphalt during rush hour traffic in central phoenix.... Walk into the house and get a head cold from the vast diffference in temps....

Yesterday it was so hot I stopped and filled up with gas. Didn't run the tank over. Put the cap on and took off. Next thing I saw was gas running out the top and over the tank. Had to stop and wipe it off before the big fire.

I usually just take my windshield off, wear my flip flops, athletic shorts, no shirt, and a full face helmet, Then go real fast down I-75 with my feet on my Kuryakyn switchblades! Or sometimes...I wear my Gerbing's! Hell, I need to drop a few pounds anyway....kinda like a cheap sauna!

Yup I know the feeling Gman. Its in the upper 90's here in AR with a brutal humidity. Feels like you are riding into a hairdryer. I'm headed to NC on the 6th of July. Looking forward to it, but its gonna be HOT!

No traffic, no drunks (well not many ), no heat, just me and the back roads. Like you said, gives you time to see the countryside and think.

I'm so friggin' happy to get out on the road, the 95-110 deg summers in central OK don't stop me. Agreed, the south/ east humidity makes everything worse, not nearly as bad here. Thin(er) jeans and a synthetic T shirt helps. Chugging Gatoraid at stops keeps me from drying out like a piece of roadkill.

Beats the "ice cream headache" of a winter ride anyday.

I wish I was lucky enough to complain,my bike is still in the shop getting some mods done.I would consider myself happy to be able to sweat on my bike anytime now.

Hell, you guys in the South don't know how lucky you are. It's been raining and in the
60s here all week.

Come on up north to ride, temps all summer between 75-85, rolling curvy roads and lots of local old world pubs... no offense, but I'll take our rather long winters here in upsate NY over your 3-4 months of continuous hot & humid summers...
