Too hot to ride here in NC. Temps approaching 100 each day with umbearable humidity. Been getting in a few miles early (I'm retired) but doesn't take too long till the 'fun' is gone. At least I've been watching my oil temps and they haven't broken 240 yet, even in traffic. Oh well, better days will come. Have a trip planned up north in a few weeks. Looking forward to that.
same here in central Fl 101f today riding isnt bad its the stoping at lights on blacktop that sux you can always add clothes when cold but i refuse to ride in shots and flip flops like some of the dumbazzs I see around town
Now that the summer heat has set in here in the Sonoran Desert, my rec rides are very early on Sat and Sun mornings. And I mean early! I leave the house at 5:00 AM and back by 8:00 or 9:00 AM. I still have the one or two days of commuting during the week but the morning is cool and the afternoon . . . well, I just beeline it home.
