New here. A current Triumph rider but just bought black and olive 07 Deluxe. Was wondering if I can get crossover pipes installed ( like the Springer Classic???)
1, I like the single pipe look and want to put the Samson fish tails on.
2, I want to get rid of the top pipe on the right side so my kids don't burn themselves!!!
My uncle put the Springe duels on his Heritage. If you have EFI, you may need to re-tune. Another good lookin' set is the Roadhouse pipe/muffler. A very nice looking 2 into 1 with heat shields that look like flex tubing. Check this old post for a picture of a blue and white Deluxe with the Roadhouse. The forum topic relates to the new bike colors for 07 but scroll down to see some photos of a killer Deluxe.
I also like the look of the Samson duals but couldn't find anyone really complimentary about the power they made. I started looking at 2:1 systems that didn't look really stylized or modern and ended up going with a set from RBRacing. Visit RBRacing-rsr.com and look at their Softail page, you'll see a picture of a Deluxe with their pipes installed. I'll let you know how they run in about 3 weeks!
I had a hard time deciding between the roadhouse or the samson duals,
they are both old school looking with an assortment of tips, fishtails included
Sparky
nice looking ride sparky. i am looking at true dules too but would like to have flex pipe at the head of bolth pipes. has anyone ever seen this . i cant seem to find any flex in the right size. the roadhouse pipes you have are sharp but i would like a smaller muffler or true dules with fishtails
