Have an 08 Heritage with D&D Fatcat. I like the looks, power and sound from this pipe. The one thing I don't like is the way the rear cylinder pipe comes out...it sticks out pretty far, easy to get burned. I'm used to it now so, it doesn't bother me but, I did ruin a pair of rain suit bottoms though and didn't even know it until I got ready to take them off. It was cold and I had on chaps under the rain suit. It also sucked because it was hard to get the melted rainsuit off of the pipe.
Hocus-Pocus: The D&D Fatcat was very high on my list for my '10 Heritage until I noticed the same thing with the rear pipe. From all I've read in these forums it has outstanding sound and performance. And I really like the looks of the longer version that I've seen in a late model Heritage photo.
But I take my bikes on long trips - rain or shine. The last thing I need is burned rain gear when I have to ride through a storm. Or a hot inner thigh when I get stuck driving in stop & go traffic. Oddly, I've seen photos in the Dyna section where the rear pipe doesn't stick out like that.
