Default Heritage pipe thread

I'm looking for a full set of pipes for my '10 Heritage and want to see what's out there. Duals or 2n1, please post whatever you've got. But I'd appreciate your take on sound and performance also. Thanks!

Here's mine, V&H Big Shots Staggered. They are blissfully loud, especially when you get on it.

I am running a Thunder header.
Before you pick an exhaust system you have to answer the most important question. "Are you looking for power, looks or sound?"

Thumbs down

Here's the Screamin Eagles, nice deep HD sound; not too loud but definitelyou'll notice them.

I like the Heritage header pipes so much, I put them on my Fatboy with 2" Rush slip-ons.

This is my fatboy with a D&D fatcat 2 into 1. this is set #6 of exhaust on this bike and by far my favorite. The power from this pipe is unbelievable. This pipe is not too loud at idle, but it really barks when you get on it. The best of both worlds. I am done changing pipes now.

Thunderheader for me. Excellent performance, deep low rumble, loud but not obnoxious. A common comment that I get is "It makes the bike sound like a Harley should sound." And for a 2 into 1 it's a pretty sleek looking pipe.

For looks, I think the V&H Big Shot Staggereds look the best. They really flow with the lines of the bike. And yes, they're plenty loud. (I'm putting in Smartpartz baffles in the next few days). Performance-wise go with a 2in1.

If you're looking for 'mild' I have Rush 1 3/4" slip-on. I kept the stock Harley headers which are actually a 2 into 1 with the equilizer tube. I've done no tuning (still stock a/c) and I'm totally satisfied. Mid 40s mpg local and 50 mpg on open road. Oil temps are staying fine too. A little 'popping' so I just might tune later.

The previous owner of my Heritage installed V&H BSS exhaust. He couldn't have made a better choice!
